Therapy That Helps You Create Real Change in Your Relationships
Whether you’re coming in as an individual or a couple, therapy is focused on one thing: helping you experience more connection, clarity, and stability in your relationships.
This isn’t just a space to talk, it’s a place to actively shift the patterns that keep you stuck.

On a Personal Note
I came to this work because I’ve always been drawn to understanding people, what shapes us, how we connect, and why certain patterns are so hard to change even when we want something different.
Over time, that curiosity grew into a deeper commitment to helping people create relationships that feel more honest, secure, and aligned with who they are.
I know that reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you’ve had experiences where you didn’t feel fully seen or understood. Because of that, I approach this work with both intention and respect for the trust it takes to show up.
Outside of the therapy room, I value connection, authenticity, and spaces where people can be fully themselves, those values naturally shape how I show up in my work as well.
